Please arrive at 5 pm if possible as doors will need to be closed at 5.10 pm. This will allow you time to settle down from your busy day. Class will commence prompty at 5.15 pm run for approximately 30-40 minutes.
Cost: Free - but small donation towards running costs always appreciated.
There will be a Krishnamurti DVD and discussion group starting at 6 pm which you are welcome to attend after the meditation.
