The theosophical society has no dogmas, but endeavours to seek and curate the most profound and inspired wisdom from the world's spiritual, religious and philosophical traditions, along with complementary expressions in the arts and sciences.
The 4 stages in the journey from ignorance to truth and wisdom.
1. Observe and learn, increasing your knowledge, equally from your own experience and from the experience of others.
2. Practice and participate, under the guidance of those who have earned the right, by virtue of their knowledge and mastery, to lead and to teach.
3. Master the use of knowledge, becoming a leader in the field, and share with others the practical experience and accumulated wisdom.
4. Seek to teach, not by cramming knowledge into another, but by inspiring and drawing out their latent abilities and faculties.
